Yvette’s Yoga Repertoire

Hatha Yoga (Basic to Advance)
This class offers a great variety of different asanas (postures) that are combined to give you a full body and mind workout. Beginners may choose a basic or gentle class to start with and with regular and consistent practice, move onto a more challenging and advance class. Hatha Yoga helps to develop a toned and flexible physique, mental and physical awareness and promotes peace, calmness and bliss.

Sun Salutation (Basic to Advance)
Sun Salutation consists of a sequence of asanas (poses) that are great for all ages and genders. It’s the perfect start to the day and provides more energy, stamina, strength and vitality to the day. It helps to slow down ageing, balances the hormones in the body, improves digestion, skin elasticity, muscle tone, flexibility and relieves joint pains. 


Yoga Therapy
This is a great class for anyone seeking physical and emotional therapy and can be enjoyed by all. This class focuses on relieving stress in the mind and tension in different parts of the body, especially the neck, shoulders, spine and the heart centre. It also helps to relieve high blood pressure, lowers cholesterol and is great for anyone with gastric problems, asthma, indigestion and constipation.

Vinyasa or Energy Flow (Beginners to Advance)
A powerful series of flowing and jumping movements of Hatha Yoga. For the practitioner seeking a more challenging yoga workout. Great for the cardio vascular system and builds strength and endurance. Burns more calories than a 2-hour cardio workout. For a slim, strong, toned and flexible body.

Power Flow
For the intermediate to advanced practitioner
. This involves an intensive flow of asanas and breath work. Helps to develop strength, flexibility and agility. A complete and fun workout!

Hot Flow
Practiced in a heated room, this class consists of a flow of movements that promotes weight loss and relieves health problems including overall stiffness, sleeping disorders, problems with the reproductive organs and poor digestion. It is also great for eliminating toxins from the blood and internal organs, energizing the central nervous system and improving blood circulation. 

Body Balance
Like the name suggests, this is a fun class that focuses on improving overall balance, strength and mind-body coordination. It also helps to sharpen the mind and promotes confidence, grace, will power and poise.

Moon Salutation

An excellent yoga class for all! It brings the inner health & beauty out with ancient yoga techniques. These techniques stroke the fire and light of purification that makes all the systems, organs and glands rejuvenated, revitalized and reverses ageing. This class greatly benefits people with problems including migraine, insomnia, asthma, breathing disorders and constipation. These ancient techniques also help to detoxify the liver, kidney, uterus (for women) and prostrate problems (for men). You can experience its great benefits within 4 to 6 weeks.

Warrior Yoga
Get in shape with Yoga! Great for strengthening your legs, arms and abs! An artistic and unique set of yoga postures and breathing techniques of the Ancient Warriors of India practiced for strength, speed, endurance and mind-power.
